My wife and I were overwhelmingly satisfied with the entire Fusion experience. Tom, Randy, Jeremy and Darren answered all our questions, we're very knowledgeable, always friendly, enthusiastic and lived up to their word to make sure we were satisfied. Loved that everyone was very nice..very thorough..quick and really took the time to explain everything with great detail. Always kept me informed and always called back.
Excellent customer service by everyone. Took the time to explain the whole process to me step by step, didn't feel rushed. Quick process (Only 2 days and I was driving my new vehicle) Went above and beyond my expectations (tinted front 2 windows for free when I asked) No hassles or run around. Great
it was a very good experience and randy was very good at his job. It did every thing he said he would do and on time. I would go back for another car and tell others to go there for there next car.

bought the escape from them and love it. Thought I had a problem but they assured me there was no problem and explained what was going on. They are very accommodating and very pleasant dealership...I would send my friends there.
