Friendly and really care about their customers and go that extra step for their customers
Very friendly and helpful in explaining different types of vehicles and what was best for my needs. However ,the best part was that they didn't pressure me to buy something that wasn't right for me.
Everyone at Fusion Auto was very helpful and supportive of my needs.

Randy was great, extremely helpful and friendly!
My experience at Fusion was great. Randy was really helpful and didn't pressure like some other places I visited. As a woman shopping for a vehicle I had had some not so great experiences with some sales reps, but this was the exact opposite. I love my new vehicle and would definitely call Randy when I am ready to purchase again!

Bought a car and had it delivered.
Found a car on Kiiji, corresponded with the dealer and it was shipped. My disappointment was that the issue with the passenger door handle, which was identified when the chevy dealer looked at the vehicle and was communicated to Fusion was not repaired when the car was delivered and I ended up having to repair and pay over and above out of my pocket simply because the repair was done in the GTA.

I am sorry that you are disappointed in my efforts to rectify the door handle issue. Please note that the this was not identified before the car was shipped but as soon as you notified me that there was a problem, I offered to reimburse you for reasonable repairs. I sent you a cheque to cover the cost of parts and labour as well as HST. I am sorry that the GM dealer that you had do the repairs charged you so much more than I would have. I hope that you are enjoying the sunshine and will enjoy your Solstice for many years.
