I came in to install new snow tires. This was done efficiently.
I had not been informed that my appt. which was at 3 PM would take 1.5 hours to complete.the job. It was a Saturday, nontheless, this delay was not what I expected, especially since I had a function to attend at 4 PM that day. Installing of my snow tires should have been completed within 45 mins. because I did make an appointment.
