Race Auto Group

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Race Auto Group and have had nothing but great service. This morning as i was coming across Magazine Hill my dash board lit up that my back passenger tire had low air pressure and was slowing going down. By the time I drove in the Race location in Burnside it was almost flat. They took my truck right in, repaired the tire and had me back on the road to work within 1/2 hour. Thank you for your awesome service. Very much appreciated!

Bought my car here in October 2017 and Amy was spectacular. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. She wasn't pushy or arrogant. She gave options in the areas I was interested in and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. My mom went to her last week and bought a new car and just loves it! She also dealt with Amy and said it was the best experience with cars salespeople.

I would have given a great review having two other vicheals threw race auto but recently we went for a third and it’s been an absolute nightmare from the start. We went to upgrade the family truck and we were told all we had to do was go in and sign the papers and done. Well 7 hours later sitting in the office with a 1 1/2 year old we were told we couldn’t even leave with our original truck and we had to take a rental. We said we were going to back out and they panicked and allowed us to leave with our truck. After arranging to have the new one delivered (their was no way in hell we were going back their) they said they were going to deliver that day, and didn’t until that night and had a kid do it. They forgot to give us our plate and permit. Now one month later we are still fighting with them for our plate and permit and also for them to put a stop payment on our old loan which they told us one we contacted our bank it would be done ( they lied) . Every time we call to speak to the original sales person (who didn’t know what they were doing to begin with) we’re given someone else. We have yet spoken twice to the same person. Such a very unorganized dealership, once our loans are up with them we will never deal with them again. Highly unreliable and I recommend going else were!!!

Easy process and excellent service. Would recommend Race auto. I went in looking for a certain vehicle and they stop making them and they give me a suggestion of another vehicle to try and I love it
