The service team is great. They do great work, which is expected anyway, but they also go above and beyond. They keep me updated with what’s being done, they explain the breakdown of it afterwards, and if I have any questions they take the time to answer them. If you’re ever worried that customer service doesn’t exist anymore, come here and they’ll prove you wrong!

Very nice experience
Recently purchased a Silverado. Impressed by the work completed just to have the vehicle on the lot. Fixed (non negotiable) pricing I wasn’t impressed with at first but now understand. Vehicle super clean at time of purchase. Returned with minor issues during the first 30-days and everything addressed. I don’t believe anyone else would provide this level of service. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a used vehicle. Impressed with sales staff, overall vehicle condition, and service staff. 5 stars guys!

Quality experience
Pricing is fixed, but at least you know what to expect prior to visiting. Test drive what ever you want. Vehicle inspection/service for the vehicle to be on the lot is exceptional. Safety inspection results excellent and thorough. Cleanliness of the vehicle in/out superb. Any concerns we brought forward where fully addressed. Would certainly recommend them to anyone serious for a vehicle. No surprises, honesty.

Two cars in one month
When things go wrong you find out who's your friend!
We bought the '21 Escape. It failed within days. HMotors collected it from our drive, left a courtesy car, replaced the fuel pump, we drove it home. Unbelievably, it failed again within days. They collected it equally fast, investigated, discovered some weird intermittent fault (computers - ugh) and immediately provided us with a different Escape (choice of four) at an even better price. No questions, no argument, instant service. Manager Steve runs a good outfit.
