I have been to a lot of car dealerships. Whether it was for myself, family members, or friends, I have seen it all. From the stereotypical lowly used car salesman one would picture from the Cadillac Man, to the three pieces suit dealer you would picture in Orange County. I had never been to Haldimand Motors before, so upon arrival it was nice to see all the cars lined up by make, making the browsing experience a lot easier to navigate. Their no hassle policy is fantastic for buyers who are in the stages of browsing vehicles. Never have I been to a dealership where there was absolutely no pressure. I was given the sense that I was in control of the situation. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a well taken care of used car.

I want to thank the service dept. for taking care of my needs every time. My only expectations were to have trustworthy, no hassle service. Again they went the extra mile for my minor trouble of an extra vist by putting a half tank of gas in my vehicle. It's the quality of services provided every time that keeps a business going. We enjoyed our experience at Haldimand. They were very polite and helpful, they were there when needed but we did not feel pushed into a sale. The service was very quick as well, the car was ready to pick up on the Monday after the purchase on Saturday.

Went to test drive a specific car and trade in my current car. There were mo hassles by the salesmen and they were quick and efficient at looking over my vehicle, offering a fair price and then getting the paperwork done to buy.
