Found a car we liked but did not have enough time to do the paperwork as we had to leave immediately. I asked if they would put a 'hold' on it and we'd come back later. No probs the rep said and we'll hold it until tomorrow evening if you can't get back in later today. (We did get back in later). This is what customer service is all about

I have bought several cars in the past but I must say if or when I ever need one again, I will head straight for Haldimand Motors! There were no pushing salesmen. I could walk around at my leisure looking at different cars. Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions. Your bathroom facilities were nice and clean.
