My wife and I took quite a few cars/suvs out for test drives, the staff were very helpful and patient as we took the same car out twice. We weren't sure what type of vehicle we were wanting to purchase. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Rob was great helping us with financing. We had the keys to our vehicle in less than a week! Excellent service from everyone all around!! We are repeat customers and certainly will be again and will refer our friends/family to Haldimand Motors!
Good friendly environment, but the scratches haven't be touched up as promised and the front passenger power door is not working
Good friendly environment, but the scratches haven't be touched up as promised. The front passenger power door is not working. The keys and the center lock system cannot control the door ( cannot lock or open).
This is my second purchase from you. I am most impressed with the service and level of professionalism of all of your staff. You cleary demonstrate the complete opposite from the generalized opinion of the 'used car dealer'. You are doing a great service, keep it up.
