Very Clean Lot
Everything was clean. No junk on the lot. Worth the drive from where I live. Car was a bit dirty inside to my standards. Was bad weather that day though as well.

Very safe, yet, easygoing, no pressure environment
The vehicles of interest matched the add online. No surprises. We test drove with no hassle. A sales person was available right away, easy to talk to, helpful and we felt no pressure to buy. Very organized and clean as well. Great team! Warmed our vehicle for us and cleaned off the snow when we picked it up.

Amazing
I just recently purchased a vehicle from haldimand motors, picking it up in 1-2 days!
So excited.
This was by far the best experience I have EVER had with a dealership. Absolutely no pressure, not once did I feel pushed into a sale or unsure of anything. Paul is an amazing sales person/ person in general. He made the process so simple and fast for us, everything was explained throughly and I left with no questions after our visit.
Prices are extremely reasonable and there’s such a large selection of vehicles.
I will be coming back again in the future! Never again will I look anywhere else but here!

Terrible customer service
I drove over an hour to get here because I was really interested in test driving a few cars from the lot and hopefully pick one that night, upon entering the office I got a vibe as though my business wasn't welcomed...I was told because I have a g2 I need someone to be in the car with me in order to leave the lot with the car (family member or friend who has their G) I came alone so that wasn't an option and no one who works there would be able to go in the car with me because of covid (which I understood) ..then there was I had to go look for the car myself in negative temperatures and light snow, the lot is big and filled with cars I asked if someone couldn't take me ,finally another man who works there got in a car and drove me to where the car was supposed to be and he couldn't find it(so I'm not sure how I would have by myself) we ended up driving back to the front where the car was finally found..he started the car and left .I later realized the car had some snow and ice on the passenger window, trying to get the guys attention (he saw me ) and he proceeded to ignore me and walk away ,even the sales guy his attitude came off as though he wasn't interested in my business or he didn't care about working becauseI tried asking him questions aboutthe car I testEd andhis answer was he doesn't know anything about the car I drove .. you need to hire some women those men need customer service training ..a complete was of my time and gas , I test drove 1 car and left I would not spend my money there

Well worth the 45 minute drive to get there!
Their website was really helpful. I had made a list 5 or 6 vehicles I was interested in before going to their dealership. I went there with my wife and my nephew (mechanic). The list wasn't in any particular order. The first one we selected took for a test drive. The second one we just looked at and went see about a third one and just decided to go with first one.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I drove out of there 3 days later knowing I'll be back to take advantage the Service department.
