My son just bought a 2018 Dodge Caravan and is very pleased with it and is ecstatic about the service that he has received from you both with the service department, customer service and the salesman who we dealt with. His warranty with you ends tonight at midnight, but this evening his automatic door started to make a grinding noise but when it happened you had already closed for the night so I told him that I'm sure that if he called you in the morning that you would cover it seeing how it happened before the warranty with you expired. He still has warranty with the manufacturer, but he wants to bring it to you as he feels comfortable with your service department and is so impressed with your service. He's had it in with yous a couple of times on different matters and was very impressed with the way that you treated him as am I. This is his first new vehicle, well basically new as it's a year old and you have given him an amazing experience and I'm sure that he will be buy his next vehicle with you.
