Not one person offered to "introduce" me to my car. As a senior who said I had never owned a new car, I would have expected some help in learning the features.
Also, $32.00 licensing fee which was never performed and was told you didn't do that. The fact that I was told this is a charge for putting on my plates is "crap". It is the exact price I paid Service Ontario to do what you should have done. The attendant at Service Ontario said she had never heard of a dealership who didn't do this. I tried twice to contact Nic, but was never available. You are a NO FRILLS company that I will never recommend.

Very disappointed ☹️
my visit with haldimand didn’t go very well. It wasn’t easy like people said it was. the sale manager didn’t call me back I had to call myself. The guy nick had to check with the banks first. I had call haldimand motors myself. The guy who I had talked to on the phone told me the banks declined my application
