I like the freedom of chosing my own vehicle without a salesman hanging over me
I was disappointed that my vehicle was not cleaner. I wish they had at least washed it, cleaned the inside of the windows and gave it a vacuum

Very Customer friendly
Haldiman Motors is true to their word, providing an easy, non-pressure purchasing experience and making sure I was informed and satisfied each step of the way. Car sales
The team at Haldimand was courteous and friendly, and very helpful. My only concern was a vehicle I test drove had a faulty battery, which is understandable on a used car lot, but when I visited a second time a week later the same car was simply sitting with its hood up and engine on to keep the battery running. This didn't impress me, as I believe it would be safer to replace the battery upfront for your customers.

Recent purchase
After trying out at least 10 vehicles, my wife purchased her Tucson to replace her beloved 2003 Dodge Caravan. ( purchased in 2005 at Haldimand). The service was perfect, no pressure, no hassle, and lots of vehicles to choose from. This is the 5th purchase in our and it won't be the last. Thanks to the folks who made car buying a pleasure.
