From the time we entered the door we were greeted with prompt friendly service. We enjoyed our test drive.The sales staff were courteous patient and professional. Non pushy which is huge plus with us. It made our first experience with haldimand an enjoyable one.

The process of test driving the cars to find 'your' preference was so easy. Purchase process was also easy. The buyer does need to know what they are looking for and expecting from their choice of vehicle .

My family and I went to look one vehicle in particular and fell in love. This is the third car we have purchased here.

I and my family have been customers of Haldimand Motors since 1997. We have returned so often because of the honestly, integrity, and uncompromising customer service. They compete on price with anyone, but that is not the best part. You feel welcome when you walk through the door - not like a target being appraised, as in some other sales lairs - er - offices. Service at all levels is seamless in that, if one person is not available, then someone else is prepared and willing to step right in and take over. They stand behind their product unequivocally. When you purchase a used vehicle there usually are two unknowns - the vehicle and the salespeople. By dealing at Haldimand Motors I have eliminated the second. I don't know all the sales persons but the ethics and moral compass of the business is a constant throughout the entire organization. Needless to say, over the years I have recommended Haldimand Motors to many people. I never have had anyone come back to me to say they were not satisfied. Obviously, I would not recommend any business or service to friend or family if I thought there was any chance of a letdown. My standards and expectations are high. Haldimand Motors meets them on every level, hence my praise for them is deservedly high.

Car took days longer to be ready than said. Then my calls were bounced around between departments and never returned. One day after I took possession of the car I had to take it to a mechanic because of basic work that was not done.
