Extended Warranty Scam
I purchased my 2018 Toyota CH-R last year and noticed recently there was an intermittent issue with the a/c. I took it for an oil change and to have them take a look at it. When I bought the car, I was talked into the extended warranty and was told ‘nothing to worry about for 3 years!’ And on the first time I need that warranty, I’m told I will have to pay $250 for the diagnostic. I have to return in 2 weeks for them to look for the leak and was told there might be a charge then too.
Don’t get talked into the extended warranty. I’m just going to ride my warranty out and I will never be back. Sales staff should be held accountable for what they tell customers.

Good experience, very far
I’m very happy to have purchased my first car from Halimand Motors. I enjoyed the staff there and I found exactly what I was looking for, as the website described it. However, in the unavoidable situation, it was a very far drive away. I do feel that digital communications needs to be sorted out a little, in terms of ways to contact the dealership. Overall, very good experience with the sales and service staff.
