I just found it was unorganized and I never knew what I was suppose to be doing although I had a schedule , the director did not give me the important information I needed

The Business Administration program was able to give me knowledge and understanding of different aspects of the business world. The self-led Microsoft Office 2010 software modules were a great way to learn, and refresh computer skills. I enjoyed learning the basics of bookkeeping right up to the computerized accounting courses.

Once finished no one helped find employment making $11.00 hour and not at my course very disappointed in all more people ad well

From the moment I walked through the doors at Eastern College I was made to feel welcome. The Instructors as well as the office administration were more than helpful and accommodating toward me and that made me feel at ease. It had been 37 years since I walked through the doors of any school and I was very nervous but was soon put at ease. I learned many new and excited things in my time at Eastern College and am very grateful to all my instructors for that. I made many new friends and still keep in touch with some of them now.

I would like to say that the last week of classes was the worst. During the year we had Resume prep classes. I submitted mine there were no correction or issues. The final week of classes was portfolio completion. During this time I was told that my resume was not acceptable?? When asked how to correct it, the instructor provided no help. They did not know how to space my resume or make corrections?? I never missed one day of class during my whole time of study. I had to go to the job support center that assisted with resumes to get proper help. I took a day from class to so this. My instructor then wanted to deduct marks for missing class. I had to explain that they were not helpful at all on the subject for resumes and that I needed to go to a place that would help me. Upon review of my updated resume the instructor determined that I would not be deducted marks. Because of that one week I feel that the program should make changes with that part of the program.
