Vernon Dodge Jeep

I told Curt that he had a tough job as I was not a DODGE fan and definitely not a DIESEL guy. Basically I drove my new 2016 EcoDiesel home that night. Plus and this is important to me, I list Curt as a friend. We “E”mail each other, he helps me with the Parts and Accessory Department. Curt is a total professional.

I will never go back to get another used vehicle or new one from them. as they have screwed me around. after having are new to us truck the engine light came after us having the truck for 10 day. found out we needed a new turbo, back window needed to be fixed, window harness on driver side was broken, so the dealership said they will fix problems. they fixed widow and harness but wanted us to pay half for turbo after arguing with them about this we paid for half,$ 1944.65. Well 56 days latter the truck has broke down again , so I phoned the service department and told them what has happened, then the shocking news came out that they never put a new turbo in. told the guy that's funny as I have a bill that says I paid for one. so just saying i would not trust these guys..

Had a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and had us in and out of there very fast.

Highly recommend Landon Mackey as he made purchasing a new truck a great experience. He understood, listened and worked hard in finding the unique truck that suited me. Definitely will return to Vernon Dodge on my next vehicle purchase.
