Our recent vehicle purchase experience, has changed my mind on the level of professionalism at Vernon Dodge. My opinion prior to this experience was one of a typical car salesmenship that puts emphasis on the feel good part of the purchase, in order to make the sale, rather than what the customer is actually interested in or needs. Josh was very professional and has continued to offer great support for any questions. He took the time to ensure that we understood the basic aspects of our vehicle and his initial connect was professional, informational and understanding. Kam was extremely attentive to any needs or questions that we had. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and we did not feel any sales pressure to buy rather we felt that he was proceeding only as we were comfortable to do so. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I have known Kam all my life and any time I need a new upgrade I always come to see him. This time him and the vernon dodge team really out did theirselves! After being unable to make a deal due to budget and various extras they found me a practically new used 4 door upgrade so my new family to be will be safe for years to come. Every person in the dealership was friendly and so helpful. Imaan was great to deal with, as we are from out of town and had to travel 3+ hours to even view the truck, he had everything done and ready to go when we got to the dealership. Kam and Imaan make a great father/son team and both took great care of us and our needs. From the moment I email to inquire about the truck, through the test drive, finance and insurance, everything went smoothly and we never once felt that we were pressured or pushed in any way. I bought my first truck at Vernon Dodge 11 years ago and now my second! I will be back!

Being new to Vernon, this was my first visit to Vernon Chrysler, Dodge with my 2014 Dodge Journey. I had been quoted on a battery replacement and also added in an oil change. Not too often that your bill comes in below quoted price but this one did - Thank you. We all know that the service writers/advisors try to upsell everyone on required service. That is part of their job. The service writer advised me in a gentle manner of a few services that should be done in the near future - not pushy at all. I was totally impressed with my first visit to this dealership. I will be back.
