Not disappointed for the 2nd time!
I purchased my first car from Haldimand Motors in 2013. The expertise of everyone from the sales team to the service department brought me back in 2020 to purchase my SUV. They did not disappoint! Same impeccible service and selection. Best dealership in Southern Ontario by far!

It was very relaxed and not pushy just a wonderful experience buying a vehicle.
It was great. Anything we ask was answered straight. My husband always wants something for nothing and our salesman handled him well. Lol it was just great all the way through.

Liked the experience of no haggle pricing.
I wanted the car the next day and you managed to get it ready.
I expected the car to be a little cleaner and thought someone to come out and explain a little about the options with the car but with the quick delivery not that big a deal
If I need a vehicle in the future I will again at the very least have a look at your selection

One of the best experience in dealing with car dealership.
When I first went to the dealership I expected a salesman to push me to buy a car. Here there was no pressure. I did know what I wanted so it made it easy. There were only 2 negatives. The car did not have floor mats. I did not notice till I reached home. This is being looked after and hopefully I should get a set. Secondly, I did not realize there will be admin charges plus membership fee from the credit union through which the loan was provided. This was an unpleasant surprise. Apart from these 2 issues, it was a pleasant experience.

Quick and easy
I like that I didn't have a sales Rep following me around. I knew what I wanted and they accepted it and I was in out and an owner of a new car in an hour. It was our second car bought with them and if I ever need another I'll be purchasing here again.
