Good vehicle; good staff; good experience overall.
Staff were professional and a pleasure to interact with. Excellent vehicle quality; fair pricing. When I came to pick the vehicle up, there were still a number of scratches on the body of the vehicle that I had expected would have been buffed / cleared up as part of their routine final vehicle preparation (I didn't think I would need to point them out specifically). I was also disappointed that the vehicle came with only 1 key fob and I would need to pay for a 2nd one -- 2 keys/fobs is and should be standard with a vehicle purchase. But overall, I am pleased with the vehicle and the people I dealt with.
Excellent communication with technician and work was performed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my first experience at Haldimand Service department.
