Rainbow was very good to work with
All vehicle companies have made buying a vehicle confusing and I feel you really need to understand your deal my purchase went up over agreed price because of different extra charges like that theft $299 and if I don’t want to purchase extended warranty Should be a simple answer yes or no and that’s the end of it but all companies are guilty I m a cattle and grain farmer so I buy or trade farm equipment often and I feel much simpler and less confusing buying a tractor then a pick up truck

Awesome, staff always great to work with.
Routine maintenance. Fixed the remote that was not working. Details of what was checked and the status of those items. Informed me of my approximate time of my next maintenance appointment. Always courteous. More than willing to answer any questions.

It’s always exciting to purchase a new vehicle.
I purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Richard Micknik… ? …I had talked about it for 1 1/2 years, the service is good at Rainbow Toyota. Richard was patient & explained features to me with great patience. I had excellent service & had a reliable vehicle, & I expect Rainbow Toyota to keep me safe in the future on the road. ?

As always prompt, helpful service.
This service was longer than usual as when it was due the temperature was -40. The heater would not function but the engine started easily. Rather than risk driving with no heat and not needing the car I waited until the outside temperature was over zero. The car again started easily and the heater was also working. All I did was top up the antifreeze. I reported the malfunction and this was checked as part of the service. Like me the service could not find any reason for the malfunction. Next winter I will make sure the antifreeze is topped off.
