customer service was intuative and experience shows with Brenda Metlewsky she rocks!

I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted but with Brenda she knew what I would be happy with and she found me the vehicle that was cost appropriate and great looking , so I purchased a 2015 4Runner and I am extremely happy with it , I was given undivided attention and felt in good hands at North Battleford Toyota dealership.

The staff at rainbow toyota were very efficent.

Brenda and Elizabeth did a great job of getting my truck ready for my trip. They even had my truck washed and vacuumed ..

He was very informative, accommodating, professional and friendly. The other staff were very helpful and informative also. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend dealership to friends and family.

You make a wonderful product Toyota!! Hope it continues!

I sent an email to Toyota online a few weeks ago - not sure if it went to head office or where, but had to tell them how I've been a Toyota owner for 14 years and how the entire 14 years you've been genuine, kind, caring and I trust you. Before I owned a Toyota the vehicle I had was a piece of crap. It was in the garage every month - Chev and all they did was do unnecessary things on it. When the person at the service desk told me off because I asked them not to do their annual rad flush and then didn't fix the block heater problem I asked them to fix so ended up having to miss a day of work because I couldn't get there in the winter, I left them. Then had too many debts and felt I couldn't take on another. I should have checked out some of the Toyota cars maybe could have afforded them, but I waited until I payed my mortgage and that very month bought my beautiful, iced pearl Rav 4 in 2001. Toyota makes a fantastic product and I hope that never changes. I love my Toyota. The people who help me at Toyota have always been so great to me. When I first owned the Rav the engine light came on. By the time I drove in it was closing time and I said to the person I suppose you'll tell me what's wrong and I have to come back and he said no, we'll stay here until we solve the problem. So nice of them. And a few weeks ago when my battery died and I thought there was something wrong with the alternator they got me in that very day and always so very nice to me. So thank you. #1 is to be able to trust my vehicle and the people who service it and I do. Worth so much to have peace of mind.
