Smile is Free
Service were ok and excellent, only then that staff doesn't know how to smile and greet customer. I hope next time they would lend a smile and little bit of greetings that would be nice in a early morning service. Thanks.

Excellent!!
I bought my Rav from Toyota 15 years ago and I have never had a bad appointment with them. In fact there were two times that I needed help and stopped in without an appointment and they fit me in and were so very nice to me. I have never felt like I was being ripped off as I had with the Chev dealership I used to go to in Battleford. I was ripped off and one of the desk people was rude to me on a couple of occasions so I quit going there. The staff at Rainbow Toyota could write a book on customer service, they are genuinely kind and caring. I hope Toyota continues to make the fantastic, good quality product they make. I will never buy any other make of vehicle.

Salesman was very courteous and knew his product.He took the time to explain everything .He introduced us to the service crew and we found them to be very friendly .They welcomed us to their shop and said to call any time we had questions.We had a very relaxing and friendly experience at Rainbow Toyota.
