Disappointing

While I understand that I got an oil change and a transmission service, it took a long time. I was surprised that the transmission service was done at a different section and not at the quick lube. I mentioned that the rear suspension was making noise. The quick lube attendant suggested the free multi point inspection. When I finally got the vehicle back she mentioned in passing that the suspension checked out ok and if I thought there was still an issue I could bring it back. The whole reason I mentioned it was to determine if i had to bring it back. I don't have time to bring it in again if it's ok. There wasn't even a mention of the request to look at the suspension on the work order. After the visit, the first time I went to use the windshield washer it didn't work. It is dusty around my home and work and I use it 2-3 times a day. I find it an odd coincidence that the very first time I went to use it after being in for service it doesn't work. It may be just a coincidence but I find it fishy.

Excellent service and follow-up.

Friendly greeting upon check-in. Required shuttle service which was quickly attended to. Dropped off for the day for couple of concerns and was contacted within a few hours with a detailed report and scheduled pick up time. Very quick and efficient service provide by all staff. Very satisfied.

Mismanagement of the entire service process including many false commitments when the car would be ready

The vehicle was taken in on a Wed. and I was told it would be worked on and ready by Fri, Friday I was told it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday due to both the long weekend plus the Body Shop didn't work on it as originally scheduled. Tuesday I was told the Body Shop missed one of the holes it was supposed to repair. I finally got the car after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Early on I advised the Service Advisor that I needed the repair done on time as I was selling the car due the fact I'm battling terminal cancer. The repair delays caused me to loose the sale of the vehicle. I bought the vehicle from your dealership and had it serviced at your dealership.
