My New Malibu 2015
The customer service was above and beyond what I had expected it to be. Wayne certainly made me feel welcome at at Nurse Chevrolet and it was a pleasure to purchase my 2015 Malibu from Wayne who was so helpful during the whole process.

Excellent , as Always!
w looking to purchase a brand new car, my parents highly reccomeded Nurse. My parents have a long pleasant history with Nurse:) my husband and I were interested in the Chevy Trax. We went to a lot of GM dealerships in Durham Region looking at the Trax and Simular cars. After meeting and sitting with Todd Armstrong, we made our decision and purchased our 2015 Trax from Nurse. The excellent customer service was the deciding factor. Last week, we brought out Trax in for an oil change. It was brought to our attention it was time to rotate the tires also. We asked if the service people had time to do everything required, and your staff were more then happy to do the work. The staff then explained to me that my alignment was slightly out. They asked if I could bring the car back today to correct the issue. I came in today, and was greeted with smiles and complete professionalism. My husband and I went out to lunch , and got a lift with your shuttle driver Frank. Frank was a great guy, and was waiting for us as we left the restaurant. When we arrived back at the dealership, our car was done earlier then expected, all vaccummed, and washed. We will never take our car elsewhere ever. No one can top you guys. The absolute best! Looking forward to our next visit!!

Service was great, but
I booked my car 30th Jan 2016 for an oil change, fix the rear view mirror, and to check the issue with The Stabilitrak System. I keep getting emails from onstar regarding the Stabilitrak System. The advisor blamed the issue on the winter tires and I have asked to check it. He promised to check it and let me know, but he did not. I did not check the invoice when picking the car, but they did not even bothered to check it. What a shame

My experience is very enjoyable each time I visit, weither its for an oil change or trade in.
Each time i visit for an oil change, service work or to trade in my vehicle its always been an exceptionally enjoyable experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I'm dealt with immediately. Nurse is my first choice for dealerships!

New Truck Purchase
Fantastic buying experience! Was impressed with how patient our salesman was and how hard he worked to help us get into a truck we were genuinely excited about.
