She listened to my story and what I was looking for and when I had questions she was quick to provide answers and was considerate about getting them for me when she didn't know. (I understand she is new to Chev from Mini)
Her own background with automobiles and her Dad felt very genuine to me which was nice as this was beyond just buying a truck. This was buying a new life experience and Terri made it a lot of fun.
