Service was great, but bumper was installed crooked.
I had minor damage to my bumper. Due to the $1000 deductible I had to pay and damage relitivly unnoticeable I was hesitant to fix it. That being said the alignment of the bumper is out 3/8 on an inch from one side to the other. I will be bringing it in this week after work for it to be looked at. I expect that Nurse will make good on this oversight as ive only heard good things about your shop.

made appointment on wrong date called back next day person very accommodating new appointment without out any hassle explained to service rep. things to be done when done call back on schedule perfect that's the way it should be run not like at this place.
Great customer service from the service advisor, shuttle driver and cashier upon check-out. They were able to get my car in early and complete several things including a recall fix of which I was not aware. Thank you!!
