Since I started to service my vehicle at Nurse last year, I am happy. Service is not free wherever I take my car for service and I know that I will pay more at the dealership compared to my neighborhood shop, however it is important that my issues are addressed and explained upfront.
I will keep going back to this dealership as long as it stays like this and honours the relationship and the trust that has been built because I believe that the GM dealers knows their cars the best.
honesty is what i appreciate and is what i always get at nurse.service is always great!
from the time I made my appointment to when I got my car back was a good experience.i had my hand brake fixed and tire monitoring pressure system fixed.always nice to pick a nice clean car after work is done also.thanks again.
The work that was completed on the rust issue on my Equinox was done
above my expectation. The body shop at Nurse should be proud of what they
turn out. Great job guys.
Having the brakes and rotars replaced on my Impala was an ok experience.
Brakes and rotars were replaced. Overall cost was more than my husband was informed. The amount was more than the initial verbal quote given. I have had oil changes done at Nurse before and my car was washed after those services. We were very disappointed to see that my car did not receive a wash or vacuum after spending well over $1000 for new brakes and rotars.
