Fantastic sales & follow up experience

Connor assisted both my husband and I in transitioning our previous vehicles into new leases with Mary Nurse. He is laid back, approachable, knowledgeable and very responsive. Connor understood what we were looking for in a reasonable budget and delivered us an exceptional experience with no extra pressure. He is trustworthy and reliable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Connor and would gladly refer him to all our friends and family.

Many thanks to Connor over the years as I don’t make a move without him from purchase to lease to trade in and anything related.

Connor has been instrumental over the last few years in guiding me to make the right vehicle purchases for my personal and business life. I have dealt with numerous sales agents and dealerships over the years but Connor has earned My business for the long term. He has earned most importantly my trust and respect. The unheated seats are now heated!

We had to wait 7 months for GM to get the heated seat chips but Mitch, the Service Manager, helped to get the vehicle in for the installation as soon as they arrived and Cameron arranged for everything else with a smooth and quick installation just in time to ensure a warm bottom on cold days. Those “little things” like timely vehicle status texts, washed floor mats, washed vehicle, comfortable, seasonally decorated waiting room with TV, clean washroom, Nurse Rewards and more make for a most welcome customer experience.

Evan and the service staff at Nurse made me feel important and appreciated.

Evan and the other service staff treated myself and my vehicle with respect and an extremely high level of professionalism. Evan is always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is not only satisfied but feels really good about the experience at Nurse Cadillac

It’s the little things that mean a lot!

When I was experiencing a reoccurring low tire pressure issue with my brand new vehicle it made me nervous to drive it and I was losing confidence in my vehicle choice overall. The service department at Nurse stepped up and made it their mission to get the issue resolved as quickly as they could. They treated me with care & respect and I have regained my confidence in my vehicle. Thank you everyone at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac!
