The unheated seats are now heated!
We had to wait 7 months for GM to get the heated seat chips but Mitch, the Service Manager, helped to get the vehicle in for the installation as soon as they arrived and Cameron arranged for everything else with a smooth and quick installation just in time to ensure a warm bottom on cold days. Those “little things” like timely vehicle status texts, washed floor mats, washed vehicle, comfortable, seasonally decorated waiting room with TV, clean washroom, Nurse Rewards and more make for a most welcome customer experience.

It’s the little things that mean a lot!
When I was experiencing a reoccurring low tire pressure issue with my brand new vehicle it made me nervous to drive it and I was losing confidence in my vehicle choice overall.
The service department at Nurse stepped up and made it their mission to get the issue resolved as quickly as they could. They treated me with care & respect and I have regained my confidence in my vehicle.

Chris Morrison made our buying experience a pleasure!!
We just picked up our 2022 Cadillac XT5 and we just couldn't be more pleased.
From the first greeting to receiving our keys was smooth. We stopped by just to take a look and find out whether golf clubs would fit in the back area of this vehicle and out comes the salesman Chris Morrison with his own set to show us, yes in fact they do. We loved this service and quite frankly I knew we were buying the car at that moment. Of course there are many wonderful features about the vehicle that makes it an easy decision. Chris is new to Nurse and we found him very knowlegeable, and if he didnt know something he quickly found out for us. The service was outstanding, along with the sales staff included in our purchase.
We have already reccommended Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac and Chris Morrison to some friends of ours.

Cam is great, quick to respond and very courteous. I drive an Acura but Nurse service is still my first choice. I trust you guys and that out ways everything . Well done teen snd thanks again Cam. Gave a great weekend.
I drive an Acura. I’ve had it for 3 yrs. You will notice that all of my oil changes have been done at Nurse. I recently had a brake issue. Turned out to be a calliper problem that was quickly serviced. I picked up the car and that night I heard a grinding noise. One of the aftermarket calliper covers was loose so I called Cam. He took responsibility for it and had me come back the next morning for the team to tighten it. It’s how Cam responded that was so impressive. Just one more reason why I keep coming back to Nurse even with my Acura. I trust you guys. All household cars have been serviced at Nurse for the past 12 years. Well done team and thanks again Cam. To add to a great experience Marlinda and Jackie remembered me from previous visits and said good morning . I felt like I was the only customer in there this morning even though it was busy. Then I went to parts and bought my favourite GM brand leather conditioner. Matt is always friendly and helpful. Well done Team Nurse. Have a great weekend
