Came in with engine light on & no power. Spoke to reception to see if there was any warranty coverage still left on vehicle (there was) and was directed to service adviser for confirmation & to book appointment to have engine light diagnosed. Tech found faulty catalytic converter & was covered under warranty.
Very pleased with level of service I receive for my automobile. People are friendly and courteous. I am treated with respect and am always advised of work prior to being completed.
Software was flashed. Minimum waiting time. Nice facility clean and tidy. Continual up dates on vehicle status. Also offered shuttle service if I required
