I am very happy with the friendly service I received.
My wife and I have been dealing with Burt Townsend for many years and have just bought our 7th Toyota from him.
Burt is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He really cares
about his customers and goes out of his way to get you the car you want. He is such a gentleman and treats you like a friend.
We will only buy our cars from Burt.

Disappointing....read the fine print....don't be surprised if you leave messages and don't have your calls returned
As a long term resident of Oakville, I try to support local businesses. I currently own five Toyotas, but likely will not be buying my Toyota at the Oakville Toyota dealer. More likely, I will go to Erin Mills Toyota. Service is better. I bought a car about a month ago, and they tried to change the terms of the agreed upon extended warranty. I complained to the head office, before they entertained honouring the original agreement. I did have questions about the fine print, have left several messages and not had my messages returned. AVOID.
