All interactions were friendly and respectful. Did not feel pressured or that my needs were not respected. Staff were knowledgeable and ready to answer questions.

Quick and easy and efficient

Ken was a pleasure to deal with. This is the 2nd Vehicle I have bought from him at Liard and both times I’ve had a great experience.

great

WE PURCHASED OUR " XT5 CADILLAC " 1 MONTH AGO FROM ANDREW...... HE SENT A FOLLOWUP E-MAIL TO SEE IF WE HAD ANY ISSUES. GM HAS NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE NEW "XT5 CADILLAC, IT IS A WONDERFUL DRIVING MACHINE....GREAT FUEL ECONOMY HWY & CITY....VERY COMFORTABLE ADJUSTABLE FRONT SEATS FOR BOTH OF US...BACK SEATS EASILY FOLD DOWN FOR CARGO AREA (WE TRANSPORT STUFF TO OUR SUMMER PLACE, USE JUST LIKE OUR GMC 3500HD DURAMAX DIESEL). BOTH OF US LOVE IT! LINDA HAD SRX4 PREVIOUS. SINCERELY, LINDA & LARRY

Only there for the initial sale.

I'll make this quick...sort of. Bought a car, wasn't happy with it really. Parked it after three months. A few months later returned to Laird Wheaton and asked for help trading it off and was told they would look into it. Went back a month and a half, or so, later and checked in to find that nothing had been "looked into". Asked for help again also asked if they would consider selling the car, for, me on consignment. Went back at almost exactly the one year mark since I bought the car and was offered %84 less than my purchase value as a trade-in. I complained and was given the phone number to a buddy of one of Laird Wheaton's managers. "Buddy" is from a different dealership. I was also informed that this would be the end of the "help" Laird Wheaton would give. "Buddy" never returned my calls or texts after one, very brief, phonecall in which I discovered that he had no idea what was going on. Selling the car privately now. To be fair, the service was very good...until I left the lot.
