the delivery of our vehicle was actually disappointing
The time for the arranged pick up changed. Misinformation was given surrounding the use of our previously purchased snow tires, delays regarding changing of plates and rails for the roof top carrier. Our salesman was really not present during the scheduled pick up time leaving the financial guy to figure things out.

Awesome Team!
My experience with Wendell Motors was one of its kind! Vladimar was very professional and provided me with all the information I asked about. I went back and forth for 2 days and he was very friendly and respectful.
I ended up not buying the minivan for personal financial reasons. However, Vladimar and Ken both treated me like family and were very respectful. They treated me as nicely as before they know my decision not to proceed with the purchase.
Thank you for all the efforts and time. Once my financial situation becomes better and I decide to get a new car, I'll definitely come back to your center.
