Booked appt over the phone, service advisor offered a brake inspection with no mention of cost or approval to proceed with any service. Showed up to $200+ bill for service that wasn't authorized. After multiple unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally had to show up in person to get my keys back. Michael the service advisor was rude and arrogant on the phone, and made me feel like a criminal rather than a customer. The same level of smugness was present with the service manager. I will not be returning for service to this dealership, and will be making future vehicle purchases at a different dealership as well.

Great group of people at service I bought my jeep at a different dealer and have huge regrets.the other dealer is just awful We are waiting for the new Grand Cherokee to come out and will definitely buying from wendalls

To whom it may concern. I was in recently to have some brake work done to my 2014 grand caravan. (Brakes don’t last forever). The work was done in a timely fashion and within the estimate given to me. I was shuttled home and back again when the work was done. You can’t ask for better than that! I really love my grand caravan, for the cargo space it provides, the fuel economy, the nice ride due in part to the long wheelbase, and the stow-and-go seats are genius! I would highly recommend Wendell Motors to anyone looking for a well made vehicle at a fair price!! By the way, when you have the need for speed, this van goes like a scared rabbit!! Service advisor knows me by name. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable about my service requirements. Called to recommend a small addition to my service. And I was notified promptly when work was completed.
