This spring, I returned my 2012 Jetta at the end of its lease and leased a new 2016 Jetta to replace it. As always, Orillia Volkswagen's excellent service and sales staff shone bright. Kristen Corbett, my sales contact, handled all the process involved with the leases in a very friendly, straightforward and professional manner. All my questions were answered and any concerns were quickly solved. Kristen had an excellent in-depth knowledge of the Jetta and could and did discuss the history and engineering standards of the VW Jetta. As this was my 11th Volkswagon purchase, her knowledge impressed me. That along with her pleasant personality, her non pushy sales style, I could not ask for more. Of course, as normal, I could feel Colin Koprowski's guiding hand in the dealership. As always I felt unstressed, at ease and comfortable while completing the deal.
