Courteous Friendly and efficient service and repairs every visit

I had my winter tires swapped and they found brakes were worn provided cost estimate and performed replacement. Great service performed by a great team !

Easy Going

The old billboard on the Hiway used to say: Orillia VW Nice Guys. And it's true. Everyone is nice. There is no pressure. It is pretty easy going. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the info night for new customers where you go into the shop is great. It not only empowers the customer with important information about your vehicle but also pulls back the curtain on the service department so there is no mystery behind closed doors.

service

tried to up sell service that wasn't needed let me stand and wait 25 minutes after service was finished. They made a futile effort to contact me after I told them I wasn't happy.

Phone call short notice accommodated ready for me finished in the quoted time frame no up selling price was what was quoted

As above all good great staff knowledgable waiting area tight but I was the only one there. Having central pay area for the entire dealership sales use it parts use it service use it sometimes the wait is less than time efficient
