Dealership was good but Brand new car is already rusting 3 months later
Mark and the dealership are great to deal with but my car is rusting already. It was brand new and within 3 months has rust.

Mud Flap installation
I had mud flaps installed and it was completed within the hour. I was able to relax and enjoy a coffee in the customer lounge area. I had the option of watching tv or reading.
I also purchased some Christmas gifts from the VW service area.
All of The staff were courteous and helpful and I spoke with 4 or 5 staff. I appreciated having my vehicle my washed.
I am happy with my mud flaps.

Mark made the process of purchasing a VW a pleasurable experience.
Mark did a great job. We have returned to Orillia VW to purchase another vehicle even though there is a dealership in our home town.

Quick, friendly and complete.
The passenger door would not open from the inside. It turned out to be a disconnected cable which was reinstalled quickly and for minimum labour costs.
