The Nice Guys!
I have just purchased my second Passat from Orillia and I will HIGHLY recommend Orillia VW. I especially was impressed with BRANDON BLACK and Joanne. Brandon made my trade-in with new purchase seamless and very personable. Both Joanne and Brandon where very professional while being personable with really great advice and no pressure. Brandon will certainly be getting my referral from friends and family when the are envois of my new ride!

Recently bought a Golf. I love it. Brandon was super helpful and also extremely nice and down to earth. He made my son Luke and me feel relaxed and pressure free. I highly recommend him as well as the rest of the team! Way to go guys, it was worth the drive from Kawartha lakes to Orillia

I was treated with dignity and it was done with respect and humour
The people at Orillia Volkwagen especially Nathan and Joanne were amazing. I have bought numerous cars in my time and have never had the enjoyable experience that I had at this location. This was the second 2013 Nissan I had looked at, the first one at another dealer. Although the price was a little lower at the other dealer and it had brand new winter tires I bought with Orillia Voldwagen because you just can replace the service. The level of trust I felt was worth far more.

Awesome
It was busy and Jo (Financia )came out to talk to us and tell us her experience with her Jetta till Nathan was available. Excellent Customer service from both. They introduced me to Mark and before I left the dealership I had my answers and bought a beautiful Black Jetta. Thanks to everyone involved.
