Lazy dumb or scammers

So I brought my truck in for a repair on the fan It was not working , kicking in and out. $600 to repair the resister or something like that. I get it home and it immediately stops working I called the shop and we played phone tag once or twice but than I was working days. On my following days off I returned to the shop and they deemed the problem to be the blower motor and that it was going to cost $500+ To replace because it needed to be replace it was done. So I asked about the other part that was replaced and that it shouldn’t have been replaced and they swore up and down that it was done broken finish. I than asked them why it was doing the exact same thing prior to me bringing it in the first time. So replace a part that didn’t need replacing explain why it is doing the exact same thing. At this point your advisor and foreman wee being patronizing and I knew that customers lost their ability to ever be right so I walked away only to get an invoice for $80 for the inspection. I than bought a brand new blower and replaced myself in under 10 minutes, plugged it in and it was doing the exact same thing. I than googled the problem “blower motor not working” and about 50 bogs videos and sites came up all explaining that it was a loose connection with a blue wire. I found the wire and cleaned it and repaired in under 20 minutes and the blower started working. I then decided to try my old blower and presto the blower started working and has not stopped working ever since. So I decide with my wife that we were not going to trade in the 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 for a Jeep Wrangler the one in your show room. Because your workers either their lazy, incompetent, or scammers, which is to bad because I’ve been a layer customer for over 20 years I should say loyal sucker for over 20years. Oh yes when I wanted to confront the situation with the management I was told that they were busy at the moment and that they would return my call It’s been a week. It’s my mission from here on in to explain this mishap with whoever wants to listen. So far everyone I spoke all had stories of their own. If you ever find out who I am and who knows me you might a you know what I won’t even go there. Thank you for making it easy to keep my business down south. Respectfully submitted Robert Desjardins

Shawn is the BEST salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

Shawn is a super nice guy he helped me out in every way he could, the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Gave me the best service and the best price.

Great salesman

Great experience even after I told him I was not buying that day he managed to sell me a truck. Lol. Great salesman.

It’s been over a month and still waiting for parts to come in and driving around with a loud muffler that hasn’t been fixed by them because we’re waiting on parts.

Horrible. Rude. Every time my car goes in there’s a problem that happens afterwards. And I’ve picked up my car from them after a month with a transmission issue and there was rust spots all over my car from someone probably using a grinder or something near it. It was a new car
