All the staff has gone out of their way to be helpful and understanding.
My stepfather bought all his vehicles there and had them serviced with great pleasure.
When I brought my car in, shuttle was done so one employee, (John, I believe, in service department) very nicely offered me a ride with his vehicle. Very much appreciated.

2.5 Hours for an Oil Change
This was my first service inspection after purchasing my vehicle back in January. I had set the appointment a week in advance for an oil change and inspection, but was left waiting 2.5 hours due to mechanics waiting on a filter. The Service Provider, Rikki-Lee Annett, was very understanding & apologetic, stating that they have mechanisms in place to ensure that they are prepared for all clients the day before, and did not understand why the filter wasn't in stock. I was also not notified of any other details regarding my inspection in person or reflected in the invoice (upon booking I asked for breaks to be looked at, etc.)

The local service staff are excellent. Its to bad Chrysler Canada did not have the same respect the local service advisors have for us buyers.
Its has been 3+ years to have the touch screen system repaired . Disappointing Chrysler Canada has let this go on for so long. Local dealership have done everything they can and its Chrysler Canada that is to blame. They have no problem selling vehicles with known issues, cashing our cheques. Getting fixes for my problem is very low on their priority . Thanks
