Focused on the Customer with Due Diligence

Todd Detheridge and Trevor Rogowski are the 2 top service advisors that I have ever met for attention to detail and getting things done right the first time. The service tech did forget to reset the old life indicator this time but these men fixed it and everything else right.

Never have I had such passionate help in looking for a vehicle (ended up buying two) .

We were debating on trading in our vehicle. We talked to sales associate (James Rijneveld). He was soo honest and not pushy we ended up buying two vehicles within a couple weeks.. Our other car was an insurance write off.. The whole Honda family helped us in our situation and we ended up buying two vehicles in a very short span... I have never had a team help me soo much.. They understood our finances... never pushed.. Just offered help.. We will never go to another dealership now.. Even their used car department was all about helping us and not pushing into what we couldn't really afford.. The service department was amazing.. never seen a drive thru set up like that.. I felt so comfortable and was just about us and feeling comfortable with our new vehicles.

Amazing!

Loving every minute driving my new 2016 Honda Civic! Wouldn't trade it for anything. Looking forward to many more years with a very reliable car. Thank you :)

very friendly, listened to my concerned and made me feel comfortable

I went in for the first oil change, they also took care of the computer issue regarding letter sent to customer. I did not get my car washed, but it was raining. And I was able to negotiate the wipers with them, as it didn't seem to make sense to change them when I just bought the car in April. I did have to take it back the following week for a tire pressure or computer issue, but it was dealt with promptly.

The overlooked item was repaired promptly and correctly

One item was overlooked by the technician on my service. I had to return to the dealer to get it corrected and the service advisor took care of this.
