The staff at Winnipeg Honda were very knowledgeable of their products; customer service was next to none - a variety of vehicles to test drive were made available; all staff were very friendly; terms of our lease were communicated in a clear and professional manner. Great experience - would recommend Winnipeg Honda to friends and family.
Things started out great with James. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I didn't sign the first evening I was there, and wanted to take the week to think it over. I ended up coming in the next night to sign the deal. I asked when I could get the car, he said Thursday or Friday. Thursday came, I asked if it was ready, he wasn't in the office (ie no chance of me getting it Thursday), so Friday then. Friday comes, my application is still in process. Now it will only be ready for Saturday at 330. The detail shop was too backed up for my car. After a little push back, he got it ready for 10 am Saturday. When I came in, he said hello to me, and then I didn't see him for the rest of the 4 hours I was there getting the car. He certainly didn't say good bye to me when all was said and done. I was disappointed. He got the sale and abandoned me. If I come back to Honda, I won't deal with him again: customer service doesn't end when I sign the agreement. I came back to Honda because Alyssa was so great: she didn't forget about me as soon as I signed, AND she checked how i liked the car afterword.. for a few weeks. I really appreciated that. Sadly, I didn't get the same treatment 2nd time around.
Right from the beginning VIP! As always treated with respect, attention to detail. Gave us excellent customer service and attention to our needs and wants. Went above and beyond from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we drove off the lot. Every step of the process was flawless and still made above and beyond accommodations. BEST EXPERIENCE as always.
I love my Car but it ended up costing more than advertised.
I love my new Civic! The buying experience was quick and easy and painless and the staff were great. The Honda Checkered flag event drew me in because I thought I'd get a solid deal with a payment I'd be happy with. My only gripe is the car continually got more and more expensive as we went along vs advertised pricing and the "deal" I was getting. At the end of it all I got a car I really enjoy for a bloated lease payment I'm not very happy about.
