My husband brought the car back on a Monday after being serviced on a Saturday and we were told it could not be looked at until Tuesday or Wednesday after we had it towed there. Took it to the Nissan dealership and it was looked at right away and he was out the door within the hour. Also when we initially brought the car in for servicing we were told it was really busy with other customers. So does that not make us a customer?
the service dept did what was asked and the price was slightly cheaper than i expected so i was pleased about that. I like getting the car wash certificate however that car wash is often closed so i haven't been able to enjoy it yet. thanks.
They told me it would take 1.5-2 hours, spent 4 hours from 10 to 2, with no information, nobody knew anything or where was my car or why it was taking so long, no lunch, or anywhere where go to eat, nothing. Everything is super expensive, almost 400$ and they just put fluids for 7k km, which means visit Honda 4 times a year, spending more than 1000$ a year in maintenance is something incredibly too expensive for the most common car in the country. Also 7 years warranty bumper to bumper do not cover anything, no fixing scratches, no fixing tires, no replacing key batteries, which surprise is dead in less than 2 years...what is your warranty for exactly...? like I said in previous surveys buying a Honda was the worst thing I ever did, and when I have the chance I will trade for another vehicle.
