actually had a great experience.graham went out of his way.nothing but good things to say.will be going back..use to deal with birch wood honda.not anymore

It wasn't clear to me if the technician was able to reproduce my issue and whether or not the problem was going to be addressed. Originally, someone said it wasn't reproduceable, yet at the end, I was told the work I had done was to fix that issue. Confused.

Saw me ahead of my appointment. Dealt with me promptly. Checked for any manufacturer recalls. Informed me of any other scheduled checks that should be done.
the last service that i got was great. the service advisor was polite and prifessional.my concern was the previous maintenance service prior to that. i got a call from ron garcia who was the manager in the service department at that time and he told me to call him directly to book the next appointment to make sure that i will be booked with a better service advisor. so that was the one i did then. got his voicemail and left a message and he NEVER returned my call at all. whatever happened to his commitment that he will take care of my next booking for the maintenance service. i am just really disappointed with the way they do business now. not the same experience that i had before when i got the first vehicle with the same dealership. the only reason i am doing my maintenanve service with winnipeg honda is because of the warranty coverage.
