Bot a new RAV 4 (great vehicle) but salesman did not explain that I could have received a $1,000 rebate by paying cash and as well there is a payment at the end of three years when the lease expires...getting a 2% discount from the sticker price was not a very good deal either and I felt hurried to sign a lease and complete the deal...the lease agreement was poorly worded as well and I pointed that our when I completed a survey a while ago
I had our three Honda vehicles serviced and had a very good experience and used the shuttle service which was very good as well.
