I was unhappy because the receptionists informed us we could pay for our vehicle (approx 4,000 balance) by credit card and we could not. To make a long story short this delayed me picking up my vehicle. We were told they could not accept credit card payment due to bankers fee, and I was surprised the dealership wouldn't pay the fee in response to their error.

Everyone was friendly and efficient - there was one small problem but it was fixed without our even asking about it.
The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Several test drives were arranged on short notice. The model and colour we wanted was in stock. A refund of the deposit was forgotten, but corrected without our even asking about it. A good experience overall.
