We were charged $500.00 fee that could not be explained when legally they are not allowed to charge extra fees. Sales and financing do not communicate well.

I found everything about the Hyundai brand to be different through the experience working with Evan. Right from our first conversation, he was trustworthy, knowledgeable, had a no bullshit and no gimmicks approach which is so rare in the industry. I 100% felt like my needs were being met and wish the world had more people in sales like him.
staff was friendly and helpful throughout purchase process. When I arrived to pick up the car, there was an issue that had been overlooked with one of the tires. They replaced it hassle-free (new one had to be ordered so it took a few days), and there hasn't been an issue since.
Dealing with the salesman was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly, he was not pushy. He gave me the facts, gave me lots of time to think it over and was happy to help again when I came back few weeks later, which lead to me buying my first new vehicle with him.
