No work was conpleted on my car during the two weeks i left it.

Had to bring my car back again right after to show the issue that happens EVERY time, even though they said they "couldn't replicate the issue." It still happens every time. I am bringing the car back today hopefully to have it fixed finally.

As always, the service and response from the whole Team at Murray Hyundai is exceptional.

Anytime I've had my Equuis in for service I know and trust the Murray Hyundai Team to do the job right the first time; on time. The service customer service representatives are always cheerful and helpful. Overall, it's a pleasure to do business with them; before and after the sale too.

Superb customer service, Jessica!

One thing that always stuck in my head when I think of Jessica is her BIG SMILE and she is always cheerful.The warmth and very welcoming greetings that she has shown to me. makes me feel that I am being valued as a human being rather than just a customer. She has never missed to return back my call unlike the previous staff that I have dealt with. When I had an issue regarding the wheel alignment that I was not completely satisfied with, she has treated my concern very objectively. She does not give her own opinion or trying to jump into a defensive mode, as if her co-workers can never be at fault so that they can squeeze more money from you if you need again that kind of service. No, but she has dealt it as honest as possible and thinks about the reputation of the company. So that after the re-service was done, she explained to me what was wrong and how it was fixed and gave me an assurance that there shouldn't have any more issues. And if found otherwise, I can bring it back again and they'll gonna look into it. I was not charged for it, because they are honest in admitting that there was really a slight fault with how it was done before. Other companies nor their staffs won't admit that, because they think of you as a milking cow of profit. What a good customer care , or I should say "what a fantastic human being care" rendered by Jessica. Murray Hyundai is lucky to have her working for them. She can keep and make a lot of satisfied customer, loyal & happy. Keep up the good work Jessica! Keep smiling always, it's a positive vibes that somebody needs everyday.
