Was in for 2 re-call services for 2014 Santa Fe. Work was performed. No other issues. Waited for vehicle. Was scheduled for 7:45am, I was there at that time. Was told there were 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me?? What is the purpose of scheduling appointment?? Was 1 3/4 hours wait.
I needed a new tire as mine had a buldge in the side wall. Jessica was quick at looking to see if there was one in stock and where there wasn't she ordered it to be at the shop the next day.
The next day Erwin was fast at getting my car in and out. Overall very friendly and fast service.
My antenna was defective and Hyundai took 5 weeks to determine they would not pay for the install.
My second antenna on my 2013 Santa Fe was defective and it took five weeks to be told that my install would not be completely covered. I believe it should have been 100% warranteed.
