There were no surprises and everything was done on the car as was requested.

I brought in my car for its 84,000 km checkup. I utilized the courtesy car ride to get home for the day and they picked me up at the end of the day so I could drive my car home. I was given a clear and concise statement showing what was done on my car and, as a result, the charges I needed to pay.

I was charged for something that I already knew was wrong and was not listened to as a valued customer. I asked to have a call from the manager and they never have call back.

I went in to get my car starter reprogrammed because they had put new batteries in and it still wasn't working. I also brought it in for an oil change. I emailed a picture of the car started FOB that I needed as per the service department request and they said they would call back if the part wasn't in. When I didn't hear back from them I brought my car in, driving across town as it is the place I purchased my vehicle from, to find out they didn't have the part and I would have to leave my car there to diagnose what was wrong with the starter. When I came back they said it was only a battery issue, which I explained it wasn't, when they insisted it was and they fixed it, I tried my starter to find out in fact they hadn't fixed in. I asked to have the manager call me because after leaving my car for the day and charging me for a diagnostic that I already had asked them to fix, my starter was still not working and I drove across town for an oil change. No call yet.

Vehicle was not ready at the time we were told it would be.

We were called and told our car would be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 5:15 and had to wait until almost 6:00 before the car was completely ready. Not even the paper work was complete. Although the employee tried to handle the situation tactfully and aplogetically, it was still a huge inconvenience. The service was the fall maintenance package! It was dropped off at 9:00 am! This was poor service. The only saving grace was the courteous service from the gentleman in service.

Drive off the lot after having my car serviced and my engine light turned on with no scheduled appointment available.

Drove SUV off the lot, engine light immediately turned on. I live out of town therefore an inconvenience. It was looked at and the light was off for 30 minutes before turning back on. When I called customer service was terrible with no appointment available that day so I went elsewhere. Not impressed!!

I appreciated the timely manner to which jobs were completed and the detailed communication.

I received a fall maintenance, some warranty and recall work and some additional services. The staff was helpful, professional, did not perform any services without calling me first, discussing with me and only performing what was absolutely necessary. I appreciated this.
